Invitation to bid for the provision of Comprehensive Insurance cover for NMS Corporation Assets on a three-year framework contract

- The National Medical Stores has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of Comprehensive Insurance Cover for NMS Corporation Assets (Re-tender).
- The Entity invites your sealed bids for the provision of Comprehensive Insurance cover for NMS Corporation Assets (Re-tender).
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.
- You may obtain further information from the Procurement and Disposal Unit, National Medical Stores and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
- The Bidding Documents in English shall be available for free at the Procurement Department.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) at or before 15th January 2021 at 11.00am. There shall be a pre-bid meeting on 4th December 2020 at 11.00am at National Medical Stores, Entebbe in the Staff Canteen. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in form of a Bank Guarantee valid for a period of 120 working days until 14th July 2021 and shall be issued by a reputable banking institution recognized by Bank of Uganda with the amount of UGX: 50,000,000/=. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(d) at 15th January 2021 at 11.30am.
